Q1: What is your prototyping process? Do you work from sketches, tech packs, or physical samples?

We accept all three. A physical sample yields the most accurate quote and fastest turnaround. For sketch or tech pack inquiries, we issue a ballpark estimate first; firm pricing is confirmed only after prototype review. 

Standard flow: Prototype → PP Sample → Bulk Production. 

Prototype lead time: 10–14 days. 

PP sample: 7–10 days after prototype approval.

Q2: What is the MOQ, and is it negotiable for multi-SKU programs?

500 pcs per style per color for standard materials. Multi-SKU programs may be negotiated if total volume meets our annual capacity commitment. 

Q3: How do you structure pricing and payment terms?

Pricing is FOB basis. A 30% deposit is required to lock production slots; balance due before shipment. For annual programs exceeding 10,000 pcs per style, we can discuss price stabilization into the following year, contingent on confirmed volume and material cost lock.

Q4: Which compliance standards can you meet, and do you provide third-party test reports?

Standard production meets CPSIA and EN71-3. REACH, CA Prop 65, and PFAS-free material upgrades are available upon request. Third-party test reports (SGS/Intertek/BV) can be arranged at the buyer's cost. We recommend budgeting compliance testing into your sampling phase to avoid bulk rework.

Q5: What is your typical production lead time, and how far in advance should we book capacity?

45–60 days after PP sample approval and deposit receipt. Peak season (January–March) requires 90-day advance booking. We operate parallel lines across our China and Cambodia facilities; capacity allocation is confirmed upon deposit, not upon PO.

Q6: Can you source specific materials or hardware per our spec, such as YKK zippers, branded jacquard webbing, or RPET linings?

Yes. We maintain direct vendor relationships for YKK zippers, custom jacquard straps, and certified RPET/organic canvas. If you nominate a specific supplier, we coordinate directly; otherwise, we propose equivalents from our approved vendor list. All material substitutions are pre-approved in writing before cutting.

Q7: What level of artwork modification do you support? Can we replace the unicorn with our own IP or mascot?

Full artwork replacement is standard. Provide vector files (AI / PDF) or a physical reference. We adapt the rhinestone layout, embroidery density, and print placement to your new artwork. Note: significant artwork changes may require a new mold or screen, quoted separately in the prototype phase.

Q8: What packaging and shipping options do you offer? Do you handle FOB or DDP?

Standard: individual polybag + master carton. Custom retail boxes, hang tags, and dust bags are quoted separately based on your preference.
